Venues

The People's Light & Theatre Company is a non-profit professional theatre in Malvern, PA, in the heart of Chester County. Our seven-acre campus features two black box theatres: the Main Stage and the Steinbright Stage.

MAIN STAGE

The Main Stage, which is part of a beautifully restored 18th-century barn. The two-story lobby has an elevator, an automatic door entrance for wheelchairs and a permanent espresso/cappuccino concessions bar. The Main Stage theatre has three sections (center, right, and left), is fifteen rows deep and has 340 seats. The theatre has no obstructed views, and no seat is more than 60 feet from the stage. Seating in the Main Stage is assigned.

STEINBRIGHT STAGE

The Steinbright Stage is located in the Congdon Center, which is the second building on the People's Light campus. The Congdon Center was recently renovated in 2009 and features a larger lobby and concessions area. The Steinbright Stage is a truly intimate theatre space with 160 seats. Seating in the Steinbright Stage is assigned.
