Honors and Recognition for Education Programs

People’s Light was approved as an Act 48 Continuing Professional Education Provider by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. This approval means that People’s Light can offer professional development courses to teachers for Act 48 credit.

People’s Light was also approved to be included on the PA State list of “Innovative Education Providers.” This status allows corporations to receive a tax deduction when they contribute to Project Discovery.
