Group Sales Associate

The Group Sales Associate is a part-time position within the Marketing Team and reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications. Box Office Manager

Summary: The Box Office Manager is ultimately responsible for supervising and maintaining all areas of the box office including staff and scheduling. The box office manager will provide the next level of customer service for all patrons with problems or complaints.

Direct reports: Director of Audience Services

Primary Responsibilities:
• Supervise and schedule part-time box office staff.
• Process ticket transactions and subscriptions.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons.
• Manage online ticket orders and promotions.
• In charge of daily box office accounting.
• Responsible for all hiring and training of new box office staff.
• Communicates regularly with marketing staff.

• Experience with Tessitura or similar database ticketing system.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling large volumes of calls.
• Customer service or retail experience is mandatory.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Full-time, weekend and holiday shifts required.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Props Assistant for 2014-2014 Season

Consortium Manager at The Philadelphia Regional Arts Consortium

The Consortium is seeking a full-time Consortium Manager to serve as the department head of a $400,000 independent program, currently under the management of The Wilma Theater, poised for growth. The Consortium Manager will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the daily operations and will be instrumental in the development and implementation of realistic strategies for achieving the goals of the Consortium. People's Light offers flexible hour internships that provide excellent experience in a range of Arts Administration disciplines. Duties vary by department. Positions are available immediately. Work closely with the department staff and gain both general and concentrated arts administration experience.
