Exchange, Donated or Lost Tickets

Subscription Ticket Exchanges

All exchanges can be made online, by calling the box office, or in person at the Box Office.

If you are a subscriber you are able to exchange your tickets free of charge up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. If you call to exchange your tickets within 24 hours of your performance, or after your performance date, a $5 per ticket exchange fee will be applied to your ticket transaction.

If you exchange to a higher-priced performance or seat location, you will be charged the price difference.

6-Play, Pick, Family Series, or 3 for $99 subscribers may exchange their tickets from performance to performance within a specific production. People’s Pass subscribers are the only subscribers able to exchange from production to production or back into People’s Passes.

Single Ticket Exchanges

Exchanges can be made by calling the Box Office, or in person at the Box Office.

If you are a single ticket buyer you are able to exchange your tickets at any time before your performance for a fee of $5 per ticket. As a single ticket buyer you are unable to exchange your tickets after the date of your scheduled performance. In the case that you do miss your performance and do not reschedule you can receive a tax letter (see below for details).

Lost Tickets

If you lose your tickets, please contact the Box Office and we will reprint them free of charge.

Donate Tickets

If you have unused tickets, you can donate them as a tax-deductible contribution. To receive a tax letter, mail in your unused tickets with a note specifying that you would like a tax letter. Mail to: People's Light & Theatre Company, Attn: Box Office, 39 Conestoga Road, Malvern, PA 19355.
